*Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 48 hours, if the item you received is not the item you ordered. We can evaluate the situation and make this right. Photos will be required.

 

Mystic Cove Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend getting insurance on every order to insure you are protected.

 

*Please make sure you have all the correct shipping information. Any order returned to us; we are not responsible for additional shipping charges. The customer is responsible for the additional shipping fee if they would like the order re-sent.
